CUBA

Cuba is a villa defined by transformation. The project embraces significant construction changes to reframe both movement and experience, allowing design to lead while functionality follows seamlessly. From the ground floor onward, each space is re-imagined to feel purposeful, layered, and connected. The entrance sets a strong first impression, opening into a sequence of formal and informal living areas. The formal living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room on the ground floor are organized to support both hosting and everyday life, unified through a soft, restrained color palette. Luxurious finishes and refined materials elevate the interiors, adding depth and quiet richness without overwhelming the space.

The staircase becomes a central architectural element, more than circulation, it acts as a spatial moment. A planter at its core introduces nature into the heart of the villa, softening the architectural lines and creating a vertical connection between floors. As the staircase leads to the first floor, the language continues into the private zones, shaping the master bedroom and children’s bedrooms with the same sense of calm, cohesion, and understated luxury. The result is a home where impactful design and thoughtful planning come together to create a refined yet livable environment.
