A considered choice.
A personal connection.
A villa, an apartment, a workplace or a place to gather: the best starting point is a clear brief. How should the space feel? What needs to work better? Which details will make it yours?
Led by Monica Arango, C’est ici brings interior architecture, materials, bespoke furniture and styling into one design conversation. For your Abu Dhabi project, we begin by understanding the property and defining the appointment around your priorities.

Explore our services ↗Spatial planning, interior architecture, finishes, lighting and furniture brought together around how a home is used. From a focused room brief to a wider interior scheme.
Consider the people using the space, the daily operations and the identity it should express. Layout, materials and detail develop from that brief.
Shape the guest or customer experience through circulation, atmosphere, materiality and considered touchpoints.
Develop pieces and interior elements in collaboration with makers and suppliers, connecting proportion, function and craft to the wider scheme.

Ask how the studio approached spaces similar to yours. Understand what was designed, what was delivered and which decisions made the project work.
Compare the actual deliverables: layouts, concepts, detailed drawings, specifications, sourcing and site involvement. A shared understanding makes proposals easier to assess.
Establish who handles design, engineering, construction, approvals and supervision. Agree how information moves between the studio, your contractor and any other specialists.
Discuss design fees, construction allowances and furniture budgets separately. Confirm how revisions, procurement decisions and changes to the brief will be managed.
Every property brings its own context. These practical details help us shape the first conversation.
Send the location, floor plans and current photographs. Tell us whether this is a new property, an existing interior or a space with a change of use.
Share any known building or community conditions, access arrangements and appointed specialists. These inform coordination and the project programme.
Agree deliverables, meetings, site visits and responsibilities before work begins. Our Dubai studio’s involvement is defined around the needs of your Abu Dhabi project.

The people behind your project
Founded by Monica Arango, C’est ici is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Dubai, working across residential, hospitality, retail and commercial interiors.
Our work brings together interior architecture, bespoke design and craftsmanship. The starting point is always the people who will use the space and the way they want it to feel.
Choosing a studio for an Abu Dhabi project starts with clarity about the people, process and scope.
Our studio is based in Dubai and works internationally. For an Abu Dhabi enquiry, we begin with the property, brief and programme, then define the design scope, site involvement and project-team responsibilities in the proposal.
Look at relevant project work, the team you will work with, the drawing and specification deliverables, and how design decisions are approved. Ask for a clear breakdown of design fees, procurement, contractor works and any site involvement so you can compare proposals on the same basis.
Yes. Share the location, property type, available plans and what you would like to change. C’est ici’s practice covers residential, hospitality, retail and commercial interiors; the first conversation establishes the appropriate scope for your project.
Design, construction and approvals are separate responsibilities that must be defined for each appointment. Our services can include design documentation, specifications and coordination with the wider project team. Contractor appointments, technical sign-off, authority submissions and supervision should be explicitly agreed.
They depend on the size and condition of the space, the agreed deliverables, bespoke work, procurement and the project programme. We review your brief before proposing fees and a sequence of work. Design fees, works budgets and furniture allowances should be considered separately.
Share the property’s location, plans or photographs, approximate size, intended use, target timing and an indicative investment range. Include any known building or community requirements and tell us which specialists are already appointed.
