Project Milos is conceived as an airy, open home where materiality leads the narrative and texture quietly defines the experience. Rather than relying on overt statements, the design unfolds subliminally, through earthy tones, tactile surfaces, and a careful balance between weight and lightness, creating a space that feels both refined and deeply personal.
While expansive openings invite natural light to move freely through the interiors, warmth is introduced through grounded elements and sculptural furnishings. A neutral palette of warm whites, creams, and soft greys sets a calm foundation, allowing materials to take center stage. Stone surfaces, subtle veining, and brushed champagne-toned metals add depth without excess, while organic forms and curved silhouettes soften the architectural lines.
Bespoke pieces in natural fabrics such as linen and cotton introduce a quiet softness, complementing the more solid expressions of travertine and wood. Subtle accents and layered textures enrich the space without overwhelming it, maintaining clarity and openness throughout. The result is a contemporary home that feels luminous yet intimate, a tailored environment shaped by material honesty, thoughtful craftsmanship, and an understated, earthy elegance.
