The Lakes villa is an airy and open home that uses textural play, captivating materials and earthy color throughout subliminally, resulting in a very homely  and custom space.

The large, ample windows and are usually the main features of a modern style home and yet warm family feel through the space. Textural fabrics like boucle, rattan and shearling were chosen that naturally complement the hardness of oak, travertine and the earthy artisan accessories.  Engaging in a variety of materials and finishes with warmer tones helped us achieve a minimalist cohesion that feels warm, inviting and homely. 

We have curated a highly functional space that looks beautiful and ages well. This has been translated throughout the villa through the use of natural materials like wood, stone as well as "imperfect" finishes like rustic concrete cladding and textured plaster for a textural and tactile vibe.

Combining rustic, earthy tones with textured fabrics, ceramics, furniture, and linens which are offset by whitewashed walls, concrete, and stones. Our selection of bespoke and high-end market pieces seamlessly integrate as part of the architecture and not exist as separate scattered objects.
